Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due to Kazuo Colunga (kazuo.colunga@spaceforce.mil) and SSgt Kaylie Anderson (kaylie.anderson@spaceforce.mil) no later than April 17, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. MDT. Submissions should not exceed 10 pages. Evaluation will be based on the lowest evaluated price that meets technical criteria on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Technical documentation confirming product compliance is required. Late submissions may not be considered. Quotes must include company name, contact, address, phone, unit/extended price, CAGE Code, quote validity (60 days), and business size/socio-economic status. .zip files are not an acceptable submission format.
