Pricing & Shipping Requirements
Vendors must provide all-inclusive pricing covering freight, tariffs, packing, and handling for delivery to BNL, especially if items are over 150lbs or if BNL's FedEx account cannot be used for international shipments. For foreign products over 150lbs where all-inclusive pricing is not available, BNL will be the Importer of Record, utilizing DAP Incoterms and BNL's designated freight forwarder. Quotes must include the origin of manufacture, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and a published price list or web screenshot for price justification. Pricing must remain valid for 60 days.
Contract Details & Terms
The award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror submitting the lowest total price that meets all technical requirements. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The resulting purchase order will be subject to attached terms and conditions, including Net 30 payment terms, specific quality assurance clauses (BNL-QA-101), and special requirements concerning suspect counterfeit parts, ESD control, and various safety-related equipment. General terms and conditions for commercial products and services, including FAR/DEAR clauses, are also incorporated by reference.
