Contractor personnel should have prior experience in conservation treatment of historic collections in National Parks. Required skills include professional knowledge of conservation theory, high-resolution digital photography, historic house museum operations, and strong communication. A NACI background investigation and Federal government-issued PIV credential are required. The contractor will be responsible for arranging and bearing costs for travel, shipping, and materials purchases, with Not-to-Exceed (NTE) amounts specified.
