This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction services, specifically for the replacement of shower/toilet facilities at EADS and Southern Point locations. EADS Shower/Toilet Replacement:

• Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower/toilet building (approx. 450 sq ft) and sidewalks (approx. 178 sq ft).
• Construct a concrete block shower/toilet building (approx. 1178 sq ft).
• Provide utility connections and relocate existing utilities as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous site and finishing work, including approx. 410 sq ft of new sidewalk.

Southern Point Shower/Toilet Replacement:

• Demolish and remove existing wood stud shower/toilet building (approx. 654 sq ft) and sidewalks (approx. 1005 sq ft).

• Construct a concrete block shower/toilet building (approx. 1178 sq ft).

• Provide utility connections and relocate existing utilities as needed.

• Perform miscellaneous site and finishing work, including approx. 500 sq ft of new sidewalk.

• Connect current electrical circuit to the adjacent HOST Site in the existing toilet/shower building to the new toilet/shower building as noted on drawings.

• Award Type: Firm Fixed Price Contract.

• Estimated Value: $500,000 - $1,000,000.

• Period of Performance: Construction anticipated to begin March 23, 2026. Work to commence within 365 days of notice to proceed and be completed by March 22, 2027.
