Quick Summary
The Department of the Army, U.S. Contracting Command – New Jersey (CCNJ) is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice for Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) System services. This effort seeks to identify industry capabilities for providing Strength and Conditioning Coaches (SCCs) and Cognitive Performance Specialists (CPSs) to optimize Soldier readiness and performance. This is a potential follow-on to an existing Task Order. Responses are due March 5, 2026.
Purpose & Scope
The government is seeking non-personal service professional support for the Army's H2F System. SCCs and CPSs will function as integrated members of Brigade (BDE) or Area Support Team (AST)-based multi-disciplinary teams. Their primary focus is to optimize individual and unit physical and mental readiness, reduce medical attrition, and prevent injuries through comprehensive, periodized education and services programs. Services will be performed in military training environments, including fitness centers, outdoors, ranges, and field training areas, with personnel embedded at the BDE/AST level.
