Scope of Work

- Delivery, transportation, and distribution of 2,385 gallons of 100 Low Lead (100LL) AVGAS to specified aircraft (e.g., B-25, C-47, P-40, P-47, P-51).
- Supplying sufficient trained and qualified personnel for fuel handling and aircraft servicing.
- Providing all necessary equipment, including fuel trucks, hoses, nozzles, and safety equipment, subject to government inspection.
- Coordinating refueling times with various airshow directors and points of contact.
- Ensuring fuel meets MIL-STD-3004 and ASTM D910 standards.
- Contractor is responsible for all lodging, travel, and expenditures.

The Government will not pay for any costs incurred in responding to this notice.
