Scope of Work
The Government seeks performers capable of providing:
- Two (2) aircraft for performances: P-40 Warhawk and P-47 Thunderbolt.

Required services include:
- Performing one (1) 20-minute demonstration per show day (two total) with both P-40 and P-47, including a modified shorter routine for inclement weather.
- The team must be fully-formed, established, and possess significant experience performing together.
- All pilots must hold current FAA Statement of Aerobatic Competency (SAC) cards and necessary ratings.
- The vendor must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance compliant with FAR 52.228-5.
- The team must possess current and valid DoD-recognized airshow certification and be able to provide DD Forms 2400, 2401, and 2402 upon request.
