Purpose
This Sources Sought notice is issued by the 49th Contracting Squadron (49 CONS PK) at Holloman AFB, NM, to gather information from potential contractors capable of providing rental car services. The objective is to support personnel of the 49th Wing during the FY26 Airshow. This is solely for market research and planning; it is not a solicitation for proposals or quotes.
Scope of Work
The requirement entails providing a total of 38 commercial rental vehicles for a period from April 14, 2026, to April 20, 2026. Vehicles must be supplied and returned at two locations:
- Holloman AFB Visitor Center: 19 Mid-size or larger Sedans, 8 SUVs or larger.
- El Paso International Airport (ELP): 6 Mid-size or larger Sedans, 5 SUVs or larger. The contractor will be responsible for all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision. Vehicles must be clean, in good working condition, have a full tank of fuel at pickup, and include current state registration and proof of insurance. The contractor must provide full insurance coverage (collision, comprehensive, liability) at no additional cost to the Government and assumes all liability for loss or damage.
Submission Requirements
Interested vendors should provide:
- Contact Information: Company name, Primary Point of Contact, Institution/organization affiliation, Email, Phone number, Company's business size standard, applicable set-asides, CAGE/UEI codes, and GSA contract number (if applicable).
- Capability Documentation: Sufficient detail to demonstrate functional area expertise, certification, authorization, and experience. May be supplemented with three (3) contract award numbers of similar services within the past 3 years. Responses must be submitted via email to SSgt Alex Coulombe (alex.coulombe@us.af.mil) and Mr. Johnnie Walker (johnnie.walker.2@us.af.mil) with the subject line "FY26 Airshow Rental Cars".
