Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive HSAT services, including:
- Supplying devices capable of measuring and differentiating central sleep apnea, registering sleep time/state, and reporting various physiological metrics (AHI, RDI, ODI, heart rate, oximetry, actigraphy, body position, snoring, chest motion).
- Ensuring devices and services are compatible with the VA Somnoware system.
- Managing the entire testing process: receiving orders, preparing and shipping devices, patient instruction, return shipping, study review, uploading results to Somnoware, and sending to providers.
- Providing retesting at no additional cost if initial data is insufficient.
- Offering 24/7 complimentary technical support for patients and healthcare providers.
- Adhering to all Information Security and Privacy language.

- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price
- Period of Performance: Base year (June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027) with four 12-month option years.
