Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for Structural Collapse Venue Simulator Services. Key requirements include:
- Providing personnel managers, Area Command and Incident Command Role Players, and acting coaches.
- Supplying a Structural Collapse Venue Simulator (SCVS) reset team, including reset/rescue training specialists and material handling equipment operators.
- Furnishing four paramedics with two ambulances (one Basic Life Support, one Advanced Life Support) for medical support.
- Providing blocking, bracing, and shoring lumber packages, 20 mannequins, a moulage kit for 60 role players, 60 twenty-two-pound bags of ice, two 20-yard and one 10-yard waste dumpsters, 15 porta johns, and 4 hand washing stations.
- Ensuring the SCVS is inspected and certified for use by May 28, 2026.
