Scope of Work
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N6660426Q0130 seeks the procurement of 12 units of Honeywell Super TJE pressure Transducer, Part # AP111CT, 1B, 2U, 5B,6A,44A, MODEL Super TJE, 750 PSI. The requirement is for brand name only, with no substitutions allowed. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island, within 18 weeks from the date of award. Offerors must include shipping charges and their best delivery date in their quote. Unique Item Identifiers (UID) are required for items valued at $5,000.00 or more.
Contract Details
The contract type will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Payment will be processed electronically via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must quote the exact brand name items and quantities specified. Proof is required that all items are shipped from the US (drop shipping is unacceptable) and that all items configured in-house are new products (gray market items are not accepted). Resellers must provide proof of OEM authorized reseller status. A Contractor CAGE Code is required. Quotes must remain valid for at least 60 days.
