Submission & Evaluation

Special Requirements
The contractor must be certified and authorized to transport and deliver propane. Evidence of certification/licensure, including a Motor Carrier License from the Arizona Department of Transportation and applicable propane transport permits/certificates, must be provided and maintained throughout the performance period. Evidence of renewals must be provided upon demand. All IT systems (hardware and software) must operate in a pure IPv6 network environment, complying with NIST USGv6 Program standards. Invoicing will be processed through the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
