• A signed and completed copy of the IEE Representation Form and DIAR 1452.280-4 is required.

• Pricing must be in Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) format and address all elements of the Spec Sheet.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced quote that is rated Technically Acceptable (Pass/Fail).

• Technical Acceptability requires meeting all minimum requirements, including the delivery timeline.

• Among technically acceptable quotes, award will be made to the offeror with the lowest total evaluated price.

• This requirement is set-aside 100% for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs).

• NAICS Code: 339999, All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 600 employees.

• The anticipated delivery date is 30 days from receipt of award.
