The initial task order, or "Seed Project," is the Repair North/South Water System (Phase II) at Malmstrom AFB. This project involves replacing various water mains, valves, fittings, fire hydrants, and meters, along with the removal and restoration of associated surface elements like concrete driveways, sod, curb and gutter, and asphalt surfacing. The seed project has a performance period of 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
