Scope of Work
The requirement is for new NST Discharge Hose Assemblies, Freshwater, for CLIN 0001 (Part Number HCD400X50BBSBR, 50-foot length) and CLIN 0002 (Part Number HCD400X25BBSBR, 25-foot length). No refurbished or used items will be accepted.
Technical Specifications
Both CLINs require 4" I.D. x 4.83" O.D. hoses with a working pressure of 350-450 PSI, minimum 1,600 PSI burst pressure, and a temperature rating of -40°F to 200°F. Hoses must be weather, oil, solvent, and mild acid resistant, constructed with a nitrile blend rubber outer cover, UHMWPE wrapped finish, nitrile rubber inner tube, and a minimum of four high tensile dual static wire plies.
- Fittings: Permanently/mechanically attached 4" male pipe (NPT, 8 threads/inch) carbon steel fittings (e.g., Dixon STC40CSHD) on each end. Adapters include 4" male hose (NST/NH, 4 threads/inch) (e.g., Service Brass P/N 75) on one end and 4" female hose swivel (ball bearing) (NST/NH, 4 threads/inch) (e.g., Service Brass P/N 73) on the other. All fittings shall be bronze. Loctite 562 Series Sealant is required for all thread joints.
- Certification: Written certification is required for hydrostatic testing at 600 PSIG with clean, fresh water for 30 minutes, showing zero leaks, weeps, end fitting slippage, or bulges. A copy must be sent to Code 135, Building 276, and Code 532.
- Packaging: Hoses must be palletized.
- Approved Models: Parker 7311NXT-4000 or Novaflex Oilfield Fracking Hose P/N: 3274BT(U)-04000-00 or equivalent.
