Scope of Work
The requirement is for 20 nonmetallic hose assemblies, 4" ID x 50' Long, designed with high UV protection and abrasion resistance. Each assembly must feature an interlocking crimp ferrule and camlock adapter on both ends. Specific components include Texcel, Gamma-Flex Tank 300 hose, and PT Coupling Co. brass cam & groove adapters/couplers, with female couplers modified with STA-LOK II Cam Assembly and stainless steel cam arms, pins, pull rings, and lock plates.
Key Requirements & Deliverables

- Certification: Each assembly must be hydrostatically strength tested at 300 PSIG for 10 minutes, visually inspected, and certified for stainless steel component replacement. Quotes must reference manufacturer part numbers. Alternate parts are not acceptable. Evaluation factors, in order of importance, are: Technical Capability, Price, and Delivery. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. Quotations must represent a firm-fixed price, and unconditional acceptance of terms is required.

Additional Notes
Payment will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF). Two copies of certification are required. The material is QA-3 with a 30-day acceptance timeframe and is classified as Controlled Industrial Material (CIM).
