Scope of Work
This solicitation (FA812526Q0038) requires the delivery of eight (8) Hot Bonder Kits, each including a Dual Zone Hot Bonder with specific features such as 10-15 thermocouple inputs, independent power operation, and a 120V, 30A rating. Each kit must also include:
- A dot matrix printer capable of recording various data (time, date, program description, P/N, employee ID, graphs, set points, vacuum, alarms).
- Storage for 40-50 hours of cure record information and capabilities for 8-10 ramps/dwells and 25-35 cure profiles.
- Graphic and numeric displays with user-selectable English units, an alphanumeric keypad, and 1F/1C temperature adjustments.
- Active monitoring of all thermocouples with auditory and display alarms for high/low temperature deviations and low vacuum.
- An internal vacuum system adjustable up to 28 in. Hg, operating off plant air (max 100 PSI), with a flow rate of 0.75 cubic ft/min.
- PID control, CE Certification, English language documentation, and an operation/maintenance manual.
- Specific power cables, junction boxes, receptacles, and twenty (20) Type J Thermocouples (22-24 AWG, vacuum sealed, rated to 500F, MIL STD 45662A compliant).
- Four (4) Vacuum Hoses with sniffers, one (1) External air filter assembly, and one (1) Bonder Calibration Equipment set.
- Software for data storage, display, and analysis (Windows 10+ compatible, network sharing, Excel export).
- Various heat blankets (silicone rubber, textured, Mosites) of different sizes and wattages.
- MIL-STD-130N compliant labeling, printer paper rolls, and ribbons. Delivery is FOB Destination to Tinker Air Force Base, OK, by August 3, 2026.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated under FAR Part 12 (Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). Award will be made to the lowest evaluated priced proposal that meets all acceptable technical standards. Technical tradeoffs will not be made, and no additional credit will be given for exceeding acceptability. Offerors must provide a written statement explaining how they meet the technical evaluation criteria (a simple "I concur" is insufficient). Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and complete company information, CAGE Code, wet signature, and pricing on Page 3 of the solicitation, including net amount and delivery times. Unreasonably low costs or unbalanced pricing may lead to rejection.
