• Required Training: RT-130 training is not required; only ServSafe is currently mandatory.
• Second Vehicle: A second vehicle is not required for the final form.

• Mileage Payment: Mileage is paid only for travel to and from delivery locations. Daily Rate compensation is provided upon mobilization and demobilization, but no mileage compensation is included during these phases.

General Requirements:

• Contractor is responsible for all personnel, licenses, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
• Resources may be used for fire suppression, all-hazard incidents, and prescribed fire work.
• Incident Commander or Government Representative will administer technical aspects.

Equipment Requirements:

• No trailers authorized; all vehicles must be stand-alone.
• Must meet Federal OSHA requirements (29 CFR 1910.266) and state OSHA requirements.
• Lighting: 2 rear, 2 forward, protected from damage.
• US Forest Service-qualified spark arrester on naturally aspirated engines.
• All factory guards must be in place and functional.
• Radiator protection for heavy equipment.
• Seat belts.
• Flashlight.
• 1 gallon of drinking water.
• 5-person first aid kit.
• Backup Alarm: Type D (87 dBA) meeting SAE J994.
• Fire extinguisher: Multi-purpose 2A 10BC, securely mounted, accessible, with current inspection tag.
• Vehicles must meet state and federal safety regulations.
• Exterior lighting on service doors (side and rear).

Transportation, Hot Food Delivery:

• Self-contained, thermostatically controlled hot food holding capability (minimum 140°F).
• Storage containers like Cambros are NOT authorized.
• Minimum 6-hour hot holding capability.
• Contractor to provide standard buffet size, heavy-duty, 75-gauge disposable aluminum steam table pans and covers.
• Minimum capacity for 200 hot meals.
• Daily transport of breakfast and dinner.
• Contractor to provide oven mitts for hot pan transfer.
• Must have rodent, insect, dust, and rain protection.
• Minimum of two (2) employees with ServSafe certification or valid state certification.
• Minimum of one (1) employee per service to meet incident logistical needs.
• Contractor responsible for meeting NWCG incident guidance for work-rest-ratio of 2:1.
• Contractor responsible for all loading/unloading of mobile food delivery transportation.
• Government will provide coolers for cold meal items; no additional charge if space is available in transport vehicle.
• Cold holding is not a requirement and will not be considered for price negotiations.
