To provide non-personal hotel lodging services for authorized personnel in Mountain Home, Idaho, and surrounding areas within a 65-mile radius, supporting the 366 Fighter Wing's growing lodging requirements.

• Furnish safe, clean, functional, and fully equipped lodging accommodations.

• Services include facility management, housekeeping, maintenance, emergency response, furnishings, utilities, and amenities.

• Provide a turnkey lodging solution ensuring comfort and reliability.

• Accommodations must be equivalent to those offered to the general public and comply with health, safety, and accessibility standards.

• Housekeeping: General cleaning twice weekly, linen replacement twice weekly, and pest control as needed.

• Internet: High-speed, stable Wi-Fi supporting simultaneous use by up to 100 personnel, with prompt resolution of outages.

• Maintenance: 24/7 point of contact with a one-hour response time for urgent issues. Emergency maintenance includes water leaks, electrical faults, and structural damage.

• Emergency Service Response: Onsite assessment within one business day for emergency service requests, with resolution within 24 hours. Alternate lodging of equal or better quality must be arranged within 12 hours if resolution is delayed.

• Location: Mountain Home, Idaho, and surrounding areas within a 65-mile radius.

• Minimum Capacity: At least 100 rooms available.

• Room Configuration: Single occupancy rooms with a queen bed; double occupancy rooms with two queen beds.

• Plumbing: Continuous hot and cold water, functional sink, toilet, shower or bathtub.

• Security: Secure locking mechanisms, limited room access to assigned personnel, interior corridors, and guest room entrances from an indoor hallway.

• Internet: High-speed, stable Wi-Fi.

• Parking: Contractor must disclose mandatory parking fees; Government payment authorized only for designated on-site parking.

• Emergency Power: Backup generator required.

• Fire Safety: Comprehensive fire alarm and suppression system with smoke detectors.

• Insurance: Contractor's insurance will be utilized as per FAR 28.301(b).

• Claims and Liability: Government not liable for individual traveler incidental charges; travelers must provide a personal credit card for incidentals.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Hotel Services at Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, resulting in a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
