This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the
format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written
solicitation will not be issued.
The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for hotel lodging
as described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This solicitation is being issued
as Full and Open Competition Request for Proposal (RFP) W50S8T-26-Q-A011, for a Firm Fixed
Price (FFP) type contract.
