The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. House of Representatives is exploring opportunities to provide supplemental ad-hoc photography and videography support. The objective is to find experienced photographers/videographers (5 years minimum experience) who can utilize their own equipment and deploy within a three-day lead time to support Members in two or more of six specified regions across the country. Respondents should also demonstrate the capability to transfer files to House Creative Services (HCS) within customer deadlines.

Submission Requirements

Interested parties must submit an electronic Capability Statement to Breana.Wilson@mail.house.gov by May 26, 2026. The Capability Statement should be:

  • Format: Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF.
  • Length: Maximum five (5) pages, single-spaced, 11-point font.
  • Content:
    • Company Information (name, address, phone, CAGE, DUNS, GSA Contract Number if applicable, POC).
    • Core capabilities related to Ad-Hoc Support, including staff sourcing and management.
    • Corporate experience and management approach.
    • Examples of similar staffing models.
    • Relevant references.
    • A Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) for pricing (optional, non-binding).
