Additional Notes
Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award. Quotes must be in English and can be submitted in Euro Currency or US Dollars. Prices must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the quote receipt date. Email system capacity is limited to 10MB per email; multiple emails may be required, and zipped files are not accepted.
