Scope of Work
The HPTC requires 9,000 pieces of 2x3 Clear Vertical Grain Douglas Fir lumber, S4S (surfaced four sides), precision end-trimmed to 52" ±1/32". The material must be kiln-dried to ≤15% moisture content, feature a ¼" eased radius on all four edges, and be milled to NPS slat specification profile. Lumber must be clean, with square ends, and paper-wrapped in bundles.
Contract Details

- Delivery: Within 45 days after contract award to the Brentwood Maintenance Facility, 515 New York Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20002. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The contractor is responsible for off-loading lumber within a 100' radius of the truck.

- Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable quote, based on cost/price factors including reasonableness and realism.
- Requirements: Offerors must submit a signed SF 1449 and any SF 30s, a price quote, and required representations and certifications. All contractors must be actively registered in www.SAM.gov to be considered eligible for award.
