• Kitchen Option (CLIN 0002): Includes demolition, water fountain relocation, electrical modifications, cased openings, ceiling work, patch/repair, new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, paint, and filtration. Detailed MEP drawings are not provided; contractor to field verify rough plumbing needs.
• Bathrooms: Bathroom flooring is explicitly excluded from this Scope of Work.
• Countertops: Countertop material shall be Quartz, subject to contractor submission of product specifications and samples for approval.
