Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive onsite shredding services, including:
- Supplying and maintaining six 64-gallon lockable containers for PPI documents at the Walla Walla District office.
- Allowing onsite personnel to witness shredding.
- Disposing of all shredded pulp and non-recyclable materials at an authorized, licensed disposal site, with the contractor responsible for all permits and fees.
- Performing scheduled pick-up and shredding runs twice per month (first and third week).
- Conducting additional interim pick-up and shredding runs upon request.
- Providing total product destruction for various media types, including paper, videotapes, compact discs, DVDs, three-ring binders, books, and magazines.
