Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control for Role Player and Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) Reset Services to support training and exercise activities for the National Guard Bureau (NGB-J3/7) aimed at enhancing contingency readiness.

• Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for Role Player and SCVS Reset Services.

• Perform services at specified locations including Urban Search and Emergency Response Facility Training Area at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, and Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY.

• Reset SCVS to create realistic training environments for Search and Extraction (S&E) teams.

• Provide casualty role players, moulage, trauma mannequins, and support for displaced civilians.

• Provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for training support, including safeties, trainers, and liaisons.

• Period of Performance: May 29, 2026 – May 31, 2026.

• Locations: Fort Indiantown Gap, PA, and Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY.

• Hours of Service: 0700 to 1900 hours, excluding US holidays or facility closures.
