Scope of Work
The contractor will provide technical and administrative support across various sections, including the Basic Officer Leadership Course (BOLC), US Army Cadet Command Headquarters, Accessions Branch, Recruiting Standards Branch (RSB), Recruiting Operations Branch, Marketing and Advertising, Resources Management Branch, and Headquarters Section. Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary technical architect for synchronizing Manpower and Budget data.
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data daily from HR and budget source systems (e.g., GFEBS, FTSMCS, DCPDS).
- Developing and maintaining critical data products such as:
- LWOP/RTD tracker.
- Centralized dashboard for Quality Step Increases (QSI) and monetary awards.
- Tracker for civilian employees’ military service credit deposits.
- Vacancy Fill & Projections tool with real-time visibility and predictive modeling.
- Discrepancy reports between personnel and accounting systems.
- Status of Funds (SoF) Dashboard mirroring the NGB Dashboard.
- Customer Action Tracker for workflow visualization.
- A model to forecast personnel trends (retirements, attritions, promotions) for future budgetary needs.
Performance Standards
- Data product accuracy rates are required to be between 95% and 100%.
