Scope of Work
This solicitation requires the replacement of three sections of fence, totaling approximately 3,370 linear feet, and the installation of one 16-foot double panel gate. The primary goal is to protect conifer seed trees from theft, animal browse, and other damage. Key specifications include:
- Fence Fabric: Minimum 7-foot high, 12-gauge square or rectangle woven wire, installed flush with the ground.
- Line Posts: Minimum 10' length, high strength steel, driven 36 inches into the ground, spaced approximately every 15 feet.
- Stress Panels/Corners: Center 4" diameter pipe post with two 3" diameter brace posts and 2" pipe bracing, driven 36" into the ground or concreted.
- Gate: Two 6-inch diameter support posts, two welded 8-foot square full swing panels, welded wire panel in-fill, heavy-duty tamper-proof hinges, and tension posts.
- Environmental Compliance: Development of a Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan and provision of a Spill Containment Kit (SCK) for hazardous material containment and cleanup.
- Safety: Compliance with State of Oregon regulations for fire prevention and safety.
