Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted in response to RFQ N0017826QC605, utilizing the attached SF 1449. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Offerors must be authorized resellers or distributors of Herrick Technology Laboratories products and provide documentation from the OEM (Letter of Authorization) confirming this status. Submissions without this documentation may not be considered. All costs, including shipping to Dam Neck, VA, and any tariffs, must be included in the quoted price. Firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
