Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for managing and improving the existing www.hudexchange.info website (HUDx). Key services include:

- Marketing Specific requirements detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) include ensuring Section 508 compliance, adherence to federal information security protocols (NIST, FedRAMP), developing a Project Management Plan, managing content updates, planning for website transformation (including CMS migration and achieving Authority to Operate - ATO), conducting user research, and implementing a marketing plan. The contractor will not perform inherently governmental functions.

Submission & Evaluation
This is an RFI for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Interested vendors must submit a capability statement (limited to ten pages) demonstrating their commercial solution and technical experience. Responses must include specific company information such as business size, DUNS, CAGE Code, UEI, company structure, SAM registration, GSA Schedule information (if applicable), and identification of a government-approved accounting system. Proprietary information should be clearly marked.
