Purpose

Scope of Work
The contractor(s) will deliver comprehensive IT Support Services and Technology Transformation solutions across HUD Headquarters, regional and field offices, data centers, and other designated locations. Support will span all functional areas of the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO), including but not limited to:
- Enterprise performance and risk management, project health assessments, and audit response.
- OCIO communications, governance, strategic planning, and contract management.
- Customer and employee experience (CX/EX) support.
- Enterprise architecture, solution engineering, and technology strategy.
- Systems/software engineering, test and evaluation (T&E), and independent verification & validation (IV&V).
- Cybersecurity, privacy, records management, and Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM).
- IT services management, cloud computing, web/mobile application development, and training.
- Compliance with federal/HUD policies, use of NDI/COTS/GOTS, IPv6, TIC, EMF, FICAM, and SOA.
- Potential requirements for ISO 9001 and CMMI Maturity Level 5 certifications.
