• Evaluation will be based on FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), including comparative evaluations for best value. The government may select a quote that offers more than the minimum requirements if it provides a benefit.

• Price will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness.

• Offerors must complete and submit the SF-1449 form and DIAR 1452.280-4.

• This acquisition is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE).

• NAICS Code: 541519, Other Computer Related Services – IT Value Added Resellers.

• Size Standard: 150.

• The "Buy Indian Act" (25 U.S.C. 47) applies, and offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises that are also small business concerns.

• Electronic invoicing and payment will be processed through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Internet Payment Platform System (IPP).

To provide a sports streaming service for varsity sports statistics and online viewing, in compliance with NFHS requirements.

• Obtain access to online streaming services to track varsity games.

• Deliver a compatible streaming service similar to those used in the southwest 1-A region.

• Stream and record all varsity games.
