General Description:
The General Services Administration awarded Human Capital and Training Solutions Small Business (HCaTS SB) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts in May 2016. The HCaTS family of contracts have proven to be a significant step forward in supporting our customers and improving acquisition efficiency and effectiveness in the Federal Government.
This on-ramp is being conducted to increase participation, expand competition, and promote socio-economic diversity within HCaTS SB Pool 1. Currently, HCaTS SB Pool 1 has 11 industry partners and the GSA HCaTS Program plans to on-ramp approximately 30 new contractors to include small businesses with socio-economic status of HUBZone Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and 8(a) Small Business (8(a) SB). The services solicited include: customized Training and Development Services, Human Capital Strategy Services, and Organizational Performance Improvement.
