Scope of Work
The government requires the delivery of two (2) new human psychophysiological and behavioral measurement suites. Each suite must include specific hardware, sensors, associated research software, integration of BIOPAC systems, and support services. Mandatory components for each suite include:
- Eye Tracking System: 60-1,200+ Hz sampling, < 0.05-0.5° spatial accuracy.
- Galvanic Skin Response (GSR): 0.05-100 µS range, 10-50Hz sampling.
- Electroencephalography (EEG): 500-100Hz sampling.
- Electrocardiography (ECG) & Electromyography (EMG): Heart Rate, HRV, BIOPAC integration.
- Mixed Reality (MR) Headset: Similar to Varjo XR-4 TAA Secure, 200Hz eye tracking.
- Software & Support: Research software, technical support integration.

Submission & Evaluation
Respondents must address specific questions regarding hardware availability, software integration, security/TAA compliance, calibration, technical support, past performance, and provide an itemized Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) pricing. A Capabilities Package outlining the ability to provide required supplies and services is also requested.
Responses must be submitted via email to grant.d.reeves3.civ@mail.mil in PDF format, no longer than 10 pages, with a 12-point font. The email subject line must read "Human Factors Research Lab RFI Response."

This RFI is collecting information to encourage small business participation. Companies should provide their NAICS code and associated size standard.
