Quick Summary

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) for Human Factors Research Lab equipment. This RFI seeks information to develop an acquisition strategy and statement of work for two new human psychophysiological and behavioral measurement suites. The goal is to increase competition and broaden industry participation, particularly for small businesses. Responses are due by June 16, 2026, at 5:00 pm Eastern Time.

  • Eye Tracking System: 60-1,200+ Hz sampling, < 0.05-0.5° spatial accuracy.
  • Galvanic Skin Response (GSR): 0.05-100 µS range, 10-50Hz sampling.
  • Electroencephalography (EEG): 500-100Hz sampling.
  • Electrocardiography (ECG) & Electromyography (EMG): Heart Rate, HRV, BIOPAC integration.
  • Mixed Reality (MR) Headset: Similar to Varjo XR-4 TAA Secure, 200Hz eye tracking.
  • Software & Support: Research software, technical support integration.
