• Provide on-site staff to monitor, interpret, and ensure USNA compliance with applicable HSR policies and regulations.

• Advise the USNA IRB Chair, Institutional Official (IO), Provost, and Commandant on HRPP implementation, improvements, and events.

• Coordinate and maintain documentation for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), IRB registration, and DoN Assurance.

• Maintain USNA's HRPP webpages and advise researchers on HRPP requirements.

• Prepare research protocols for submission and make recommendations regarding review levels.

• Monitor and notify investigators of expiring research protocols.

• Coordinate and provide administrative support for IRB meetings and training activities.
