Purpose

Scope of Work
The contractor will provide training services and incorporate updates for:
- Applied Human Resources Management for Supervisors (AHRM): A 3-day course on HRM concepts for federal civilian supervisors (GS and WG personnel).
- DLA HRM for Supervisors Refresher Training (DHSRT): A 2-day course for updated HRM training.
- HRM for Team/Work Leads: A 1-day certification program.
- Transition-to-Manager Training: A 2-day course for federal civilians moving into management roles. The scope includes incorporating updates to federal, Department of War (DoW), and DLA HRM regulations.
Key Requirements
- Instructors must be Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Federal Government HR regulations, policies, and procedures.
