Scope of Work

This includes a wide range of prosthetic workshop equipment (e.g., infrared ovens, socket routers, dust vacuum systems, orthopedic workstations) and rehabilitation equipment (e.g., gait trainers, physiotherapy devices, electrotherapy, shockwave therapy, chiropractic tables). The effort supports the establishment of a rehabilitation center in Truskavets, Ukraine.
Key Requirements
All equipment must be new, Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant, and covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Quoters must provide manufacturer technical datasheets demonstrating compliance with salient characteristics in Attachment 1. A Certificate of Conformity with the Technical Regulations of Ukraine, or written confirmation of eligibility for certification, is required. Operator and maintenance manuals must be provided in the Ukrainian language.
