Quick Summary

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is soliciting quotations for a High Vacuum (HV) Chamber for its Nanoscale Device Characterization Division (NDCD) in Gaithersburg, MD. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity requires a custom high-vacuum chamber system to house experimental apparatus for measuring nanoscale patterned features in semiconductor chips. Quotations are due by April 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST.
