The requirement includes the supply of an EVAPCO Model AT 29-4K21 or equivalent, a 5-year parts/labor warranty, and factory start-up and commissioning from a manufacturer representative. The government anticipates this requirement to remain a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333415 (1,250 Employees).

Key Requirements

Based on the Salient Characteristics, the cooling tower must be an Open Circuit Induced-draft Vertical Discharge Cooling Tower, EVAPCO Model AT 29-4K21 or equivalent, delivered for Government installation. Key specifications include:

  • Design Conditions: 95°F db / 80.7°F wb, with water in/out at 95°F / 85°F and a flow of 1,418.1 gpm.
  • Materials: 316 stainless steel for the cold water basin and upper components.
