Purpose & Scope
This Sources Sought aims to gather information from commercial contractors to provide an open circuit induced-draft vertical discharge cooling tower for Bldg 469 at Joint Base Charleston. The requirement includes the supply of an EVAPCO Model AT 29-4K21 or equivalent, a 5-year parts/labor warranty, and factory start-up and commissioning from a manufacturer representative. The government anticipates this requirement to remain a total small business set-aside under NAICS Code 333415 (1,250 Employees).

Based on the Salient Characteristics, the cooling tower must be an Open Circuit Induced-draft Vertical Discharge Cooling Tower, EVAPCO Model AT 29-4K21 or equivalent, delivered for Government installation. Key specifications include:
