Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Quote, based on the following factors:

- Corporate Experience: Submit one project (or one per partner for JVs) similar in size, scope, and complexity (multi-story residential/commercial building >100 rooms, HVAC cleaning, NADCA standards, work in occupied buildings) completed within the past five years.
