This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for HVAC Grilles, Registers, and Diffusers Cleaning Services at the Wilmington VA Medical Center. The government intends to award a 5-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

• Semi-annual cleaning of HVAC grilles, registers, and diffusers throughout the medical center campus.

• Cleaning of supply vents of fan coil units.

• Use of high-efficiency vacuum with HEPA filtration (99.97% efficiency at 0.3-micron particle size) in accordance with NADCA standards.

• Compliance with all OSHA, EPA, Federal, State, and VA safety requirements.

• Contractor employees must wear uniforms and display identification badges.

• Contractor is responsible for parking in designated areas and for any damage caused during services.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).

• Period of Performance: Estimated 02/09/2026 through 02/08/2031 (5 years).

• Minimum Value: TBD (equal to the price of the Year-1 task order).

• Maximum Value: TBD (based on total contract value).

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price using a comparative evaluation process.

• This acquisition is a set-aside for Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).

• Offerors must be SAM.gov registered small businesses and certified SDVOSBs.
