Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Outdoor Scope:

• Isolate and remove the existing condensing unit, including weighing and disposing of the refrigerant charge (oil analysis and cleanup are excluded).
• Disconnect electrical and mechanical piping.
• Remove the existing unit using crane service.
• Provide and install a new ACCU-3 unit.
• Reconnect electrical and install new suction and liquid line driers.
• Pressurize the unit with nitrogen and tracer gas, then perform a refrigerant leak check.
• Remove the nitrogen charge and pull a vacuum.
• Provide and charge the unit with new refrigerant.
• Perform start-up, verify operation, and commission with existing indoor units.

Exclusions:

• No structural, mechanical, electrical, or roofing modifications to the building or existing system beyond what is specified.
• No modifications to existing refrigerant piping except at the point of contact for installation.
• No modifications to the iTouch Manager other than verifying communication post-replacement.

Work Site Conditions and Hours:

• Work will be performed in an occupied facility and must be coordinated with on-site staff.
• Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding Federal Holidays.
