Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of existing HVAC units and the installation of new systems in two phases:
- Phase 1: Ground-Level System: Remove and dispose of one existing Liebert system. Supply and install one 5-ton Daikin Straight Cool Condenser (or equivalent) with a matching Air Handler and thermostat. Modify electrical, refrigerant lines, ductwork, and drainage systems. Connect to existing control wiring.
- Phase 2: Ceiling-Mounted System: Remove and dispose of one existing ceiling-mounted Liebert system. Supply and install one 5-ton Liebert Condenser (or equivalent) with a matching Air Handler and thermostat controller. Modify electrical, refrigerant lines, ductwork, and drainage systems. Connect to existing control wiring.
General Requirements
- Working Hours: All work must be performed during normal business hours.
- Warranty: A comprehensive warranty for parts and labor is required.
- Period of Performance: Project completion is required within two (2) weeks or less from contract award.
