Scope of Work

- Servicing units across multiple park locations including Port Angeles, Ozette, Mora, Hoh, Kalaloch, and Quinault.
- Updating the OLYM HVAC Details with findings and providing quotes for recommended replacements.
- Ensuring compliance with ASHRAE 180, OSHA, NFPA, and NPS safety requirements (RM-50B Chapter 21).
Detailed attachments provide an inventory of HVAC systems, their maintenance history, specific locations, and a wage determination for the Clallam and Jefferson counties in Washington.
