• Servicing the HVAC operating system, including software updates.
• Providing a schedule of services within 10 days of contract start, with work during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays).
• Documenting all tasks performed and submitting reports.

Key Requirements

• Personnel performing work must possess authorized Trane service certification.
• Vendors must provide hourly labor rates for emergency and non-emergency services, and a percentage mark-up for parts/equipment.
• Emergency service response time must be within 4 hours; repairs completed within 2 days (unless parts unavailable).
• Contractor must provide a compact scissor lift for Vari-Trane units.
• SCA Wage Determination #2 2015-4605 for Mobile County, Alabama, is incorporated and must be adhered to.
• Contractors must be registered in SAM.gov.

  • Price: Lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
