Information submitted may be business sensitive or proprietary and should be marked accordingly.
For contracts exceeding $2,000 for construction, alteration, or repair at INL, the Davis-Bacon Act applies and is subject to the INL Site Stabilization Agreement (SSA). This SSA does not apply to construction work performed at Idaho Falls facilities.
