• FT1222-1-4: Assembles 4-segmented socket type fittings (-40, -48, -64 sizes). Develops over 10 tons of force. Features a bench-mountable or transportable design. Operates on 115-volt, 60/50 cycle AC current with a 1/2 horsepower electric motor at 12,000 rpm. Includes a built-in relief valve preset to 10,000 psi and a remote control electric foot switch.

• Item Identification: DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, is applicable. Contractors must provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent.

• Delivery Date: No later than 1 October 2026.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price for all CLINs.

• Offer Due Date: 15 June 2026, 10:00 AM Local Time.

• Submission Method: Quotes to be submitted in PDF format, electronically via email.

• Evaluation: Lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Quotes will be evaluated on Price and Technical Capability. Unacceptable quotes will be removed from consideration.

• Delivery Location: Southeast Regional Maintenance Center (SERMC), Naval Station Mayport, Mayport, FL 32228.

• Delivery Hours: Monday-Friday, 0800 AM - 3:30 PM EDT.

• Inspection/Acceptance: SERMC personnel will perform inspection and installation.

• Payment: Via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
