Scope of Work

- Cesium Clocks: Current and future models, including parts like beam tubes, electronics, and power systems.
- Hydrogen Masers (HMasers): Current models (MHM2010, MHM2020) and future generations, covering parts such as H-pumps, belljars, and physics package builds.
- Auxiliary Output Generators (AOGs): Current (AOG-110) and future models, including physics package builds, tuners, and electronics.
- Other Distribution Gear: Ultra-low noise distribution amplifiers, AC/DC rack units, and multi-channel measurement systems. Services will be performed at U.S. Naval Observatory locations in Washington, DC, Colorado Springs, CO, Flagstaff, AZ, and Kokee Park Geophysical Observatory (KPGO). All products must comply with NDAA Section 224 for trusted supply chain and operational security.
