Scope of Work
NAVAIR is seeking a comprehensive Hydrographic Survey System package. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to provide the entire system, including:
- UAV & LiDAR Payload: An IF1200A Hexacopter (or equivalent heavy-lift platform) that must be on the DoD/DCMA "Blue UAS" Cleared List, integrated with a Litewave Technologies EDGE (or equivalent) LiDAR system capable of both topographic and bathymetric surveying.
- Data Collection & Survey Software/Hardware: This includes a rugged laptop (e.g., Getac B360), HYPACK® MAX & HYSWEEP® software, the CARIS suite (HIPS and SIPS Professional, BASE Editor, S-57 Composer, Paper Chart Composer), and Trimble Business Center Advanced.
- Ground Survey Equipment: A Leica Nova MS60 MultiStation (or equivalent) with controller, and a Leica Sprinter 150m (or equivalent) Digital Level.
- Support Equipment: A 2000W Inverter Generator.
- Required Services & Sustainment: This encompasses on-site and remote training for CARIS software, initial operator training for at least ten personnel (either in INDOPACOM or CONUS), a two-year manufacturer's warranty, and a three-year sustainment/support plan including Integrated Logistics Support and spares availability.
Vendors are required to submit a capabilities statement detailing availability, itemized pricing estimates, current manufacturer part numbers, compliance evidence (especially for Blue UAS), estimated lead times, warranty details, and pricing for training and sustainment services.
