Quick Summary

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) Office of Law Enforcement is soliciting quotations for a Firm Fixed-Price contract to produce "International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) TV Thought Leadership Films." The objective is to enhance public understanding of wildlife law enforcement and conservation, highlight case studies, improve recruitment, and foster interagency awareness through professionally produced video content. Scope of Work

The selected contractor will be responsible for the full production process, from pre-production to post-production and distribution. Key deliverables include:

  • Creation of a fourth compilation film utilizing footage from the three individual films.
  • Delivery of all finished films in multiple formats, including master copies, 1-minute social media versions, and all raw footage on an electronic hard drive.
  • The films will be showcased at the IACP conference in Orlando, Florida (October 24-27, 2026) and distributed for at least twelve months thereafter on IACP TV news programs, large screens, hotel cable channels, and various online platforms (YouTube, USFWS platforms, social media, IACP conference website).
  • The contractor must possess the necessary access, authorization, and ability to film for IACP TV. USFWS will maintain editorial oversight and final approval for all content, and the contractor will grant an indefinite royalty-free license to USFWS for all content and material shot.
